Don't you just hate it when you go to the doctor and he tells you that you must lose a few pounds? No kidding. I'm the one who has to buy the clothes!!! Then he says, 'All you have to do is eat less and exercise more.' 'Oh my God!!!' I exclaim. 'You mean to tell me that's all you have to do???'
