We have recently rented a home through the Weichert Property Management Group in Vienna, VA. The two individuals working there are rude, unprofessional, condescending, and have a general 'I don't care' attitude. When an appt was made to meet with them at a specific time, they were out of the office, saying they would not return until 1.5 hours AFTER the appt was set for, as if they hadn't even written down that we were coming to the office that day. When confronted as to why this had happened and letting them know that I was missing work because of this I was told I had 'a bit of attitude.' The man, who seems to be the head person at the office, then told me 'let's just hurry up and get this over with.' I was treated awful for something that wasn't even my fault. When we were there to sign the lease we were talked down to and I got the impression that we were dealing with a person who was more of a used car salesman than I realtor with any respect or dignity. I am so disappointed that we are starting out in our new place knowing that we will be dealing with these two horrible people for the next year. I am also 7 months pregnant, and certainly didn't need to have to get into an argument with this cheap-shot man who believes he can talk to folks any way he would like. People like this should not be allowed to get away with this poor customer service and I plan to report him to as many sites as I can.
