wanted to find out where my Mother was and so logged onto this website. It stated that for a fee of £13.45 I could search electoral roles, there were no other costs mentioned, in fact the site advertises itself by the fact that it doesn't charge extra. I duly paid my money, carried out a search and was told that there were several hundred results but to see these results I had to pay an extra £4.50, they would then be e mailed to me, added to which I would then have to pay again if I wanted further details on a result of particular interest. The phone lines are down and the online help is unavailable. Best case scenario is that I have just wasted £13. 45 worst is that I am truly concerned that I have given cc details to a fraudulent company...how do you get hold of peopel like these!!! and stop them
