Webroot Window Washer

I purchased Webroot Window Washer to ostensibly clean my disk drive of deleted items. They guaranteed it would wipe out all traces of internet activity, downloaded files on Internet Explorer, Media downloads and about a hundred other things. I was shocked when my hard drives were examined and everything I had deleted was easily recouped. Including email, pictures of family, business correspondence and thousands of JPG's that had been cleaned out of the drive. Not one item was truly shredded as claimed. Webroot not only refused to refund my money, they said I used it improperly. It automatically configures itself. If you are planning to use this software and have any legal entanglements that you are trying to protect yourself from, don't use this. IT DOES NOT WORK, ITS CRAP AND THEY KNOW IT!
