Web Watcher advertises that it has the ability to monitor Instant Messaging. After you buy the software for $99, you find that it does not have the capability. The Support Tech. will string you along week after week, saying that they are aware the program isn't working for Instant Messaging (even though they advertise that it does), and that a new download for the problem will be available any day. This was a couple of months ago, and still nothing. VERY MISLEADING-THEY ADVERTISE SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HAVE. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT-DON'T BUY IT.
