i had a tree limb to fall on my car and i was told to get an amount of the repairs and i did my car is repaired and i have my car fully covered but i met my 500.00 ded. and now i can not receive my car until i come up with the other 500.00 . if i have full coverage and they repaired my car they got paid because no one is no going to do anything free please explain. i have insurance where if any thing happens to my car it was to be repaired. if so this insurance company farm bureau is taking advantange to the mentally challenge and i will talk with my lawyer soon. i never miss no payments. i was told it would pay. now i need my transportation for medical reason i am cancer survior i have doctor appointments to meet without i have to miss my appointments. annie
