Hello.... I am 90 years old and I have a mobile home park I have 42 spaces in WV and while my grandaughter was in the hospital in Cleveland Clinic.....I had a guy we evicted out to cut the water lines in the whole park. He admited to the preacher at my church when they were fixing them about this problem adn I have a water bill of over 36,000 for one month time. After the church fixed the leakes the new bills were on one side 56. and the ohter side only 211. however the water company is still making me pay the total amount even though it was cut by this one kid and he even broke into my house while I was gone with my grandaugher and stole over 50,000 of my antiques that I have collected over the years. I just cannot seem to get the utility commisioner to side with me and help me only down to only 8000 which I do not have and so now I have been without water for my tennants since April of 2006 because they will not work with me and my seniors are the ones that are living here in the park and we have tried to get the water company to put in there own meters so we do not have to have only one on one side of the park and one on the other side making me totally responsible for this anytime there is a problem. Which I have had over the years when I have a big bad eviction and they want to get even with me..they do something to my water and know I will HAVE TO PAY FOR IT...IT IS NOT FAIR WHAT SO EVER....THAT I HAVE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND THIS HUGE BILL....IN CHARLESTON, WV AND I DO NOT HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY TO PAY THEM SO MY SENIORS IN MY PARK IS MOVING OUT ON ME LEFT AND RIGHT AND THIS IS MY ONLY INCOME AND I DO NOT CHARGE ENOUGH RENT TO HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY TO PAY THIS HUGE BILL AND THEY WILL NOT DO PAYMENT AND WE ARE ALL SUFFERING DO TO THIS!!!!!!!!
