WASHINGTON MUTUAL HOME LOANS SUCK! This company takes advantage of customers, dupes them into the world's worst mortgages and charges a prepayment penalty even if you have to sell your house because you cannot afford their rapidly escalating payments. I owe thousands of dollars to them just to unload my house. They never said that my payments would go up EVERY SINGLE MONTH. STAY AWAY!
