Washington Mutual Cheated Me

A teller working for the Washington Mutual Los Alamitos, CA, branch deposited my $16,000+ escrow refund check into my savings account after I speficically told her to put it into the checking account. Consequently, I overdrew on my checking account and WAMU charged me with $270 late fees. They are refusing to admit error and everyone I've talked with that works for WAMU has been rude to me. The bank manager's name, David Ouyang, refuses to speak with me, refuses to give me the name of the teller who made the mistake, refuses to refund me all of my money, and refuses to instruct his staff to handle customers with proper customer services. The bank is located at 3502 Katella Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. The phone number is 562/430-1015. I'm preparing a small claims court action against them.
