AS A BUSINESS WOMAN I HARDLY HAVE ANY FREE TIME, BECAUSE I AM ALWAYS WORKINGOR ON THE GO. BEING THAT I WORK SO MUCH, I HAVE LOTS OF MONEY ALL THE TIME. BEFORE I START MY COMPLAINT I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS THE FIGURES THAT I SPEND IN WAL-MART WITHIN THE YEAR. EVEN ON A DAY THAT I PLAN ON GOING IN AND OUT OF WALMART FOR A THING OR TWO, I COME OUT OF THE STORE WITH NO LESS THAN TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE. IM NOW TO THE POINT I NEVER WANT TO STEP FOOT IN WAL-MART AGAIN. ALL THE MONEY WALMART MAKES YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD HAVE THE ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF WORKERS TO ACCOMADATE THE SHOPPERS, BUT THEY NEVER DO. WHY IS IT THAT A VALUED SHOPPER SUCH AS MYSELF HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR TO BE SERVICED. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE CAN CAUSE A BUSINESS A TREMENDOUS LOST IN CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS. I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR THATS WHY I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. WALMART USE TO BE THE ONLY STORE I SHOP AT. NOW WALMART IS THE ONLY STORE I WILL NOT SHOP AT. ANY WHERE BUT THERE. YES, I WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY WARRANTIES SUCH ASTIRES, BUT ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN KEEP IT. UNLESS WALMART GET THEIR BUSINESS BACK TOGETHER, CAUSE AS OF RIGHT NOW IT NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. AWISE WORD IT TAKES MONEY TO MAKE MONEY, AND JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE MAKING THE MONEY NOW DOESN'T MEAN ITS GOING TO LAST. ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS ANOTHER COMPANY WHO CAN DO BETTER.
