Waiting for doctors

For the last few years I've been asked to sign an agreement when I go to a new doctor. It says basically that if I don't cancel 24 hrs in advance they can bill me in full for a visit that I didn't make. Sometimes it's impossible to know 24 hours in advance that I can't make it. BUT, what really gets me is that I also have to sign saying that if I'm late they can force me to pay and re-schedule. I would like to make the doctors/dentists sign MY agreement telling them that for every 15 minutes I have to sit in the waiting room or exam room waiting for THEM they have to pay ME $20. My time is as important to me as theirs is to them. I'd make a ton of money.
