I joined Vonage thinking I would save money. Yes, it's cheaper -but- their customer service let's just say I have a hard time understanding them. I called on a Sat once and their office number was disonnected!! At that point (plus all my phones did not ring) I decided to go back to my company. It was done within the 30 days, I have a letter from Verizon proving that it was done withing 30 days, and yet they refuse to give me my money back.
