
Vonage Sucks!

Vonage customer service sucks!! They sent me the wrong device and still charged me for it even after I returned it. When I emailed customer service, I emailed because I didn't have a phone, they emailed back saying they couldn't send me the correct device since I already had received one but I could purchase the correct device locally. I searched for two days triing to find the correct device locally, no luck. Then I tried to canncel the Vonage service they would not give me any refunds, charged me for two months service, and a disconct fee. In total they charged me over $160 and I wasn't able to use there service for one minute!! Even the salesman at my local BestBuy told me not to sign up for Vonage because of all thier connection problem. Buyer beware!!
