VONAGE 'Rip-Off' Company

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with VONAGE! They are absolute CROOKS!!! They charged me monthly for about 6 months even though I never even opened the package they sent me, and I obviously never connected or activated their equipment. Yet they FRAUDULENTLY kept charging my credit card, in spite of my numerous WRITTEN cease and desist letters!!! Also, they sent me the package even though I told them IN WRITING to NOT SHIP or PROCESS it!! Complain to the New Jersey Attorney Genera;, the Trenton, NJ Better Business Bureau, and the Federa; Trade Commission!
