
VONAGE IS THE WORST

Your Sevice is the worst-along with having such poor connection that one or both parties can't hear each other most of the time, we've missed important phone calls, and the phone quality has cut short many phone calls with businesses, family and friends. However, your customer service might even be worse. Apparently you guys are incapable of answering simple questions, addressing technical support issues, escalating calls to a supervisor and don't even know who you work for. We've spent days and hours trying to get support and have never once had any luck. We were suppose to get discounted rates through our global employer of 12 years-when I called about that-I spoke with 3 different people over 40 minutes, got transferred around, a 'trouble ticket' was opened, and within 24 hours you guys emailed me back to let me know you would not honor those discounted rates. That is one small example of the way you jerk around your customers. WE WANT OUR PHONE SERVICE DISCONNECTED IMMEDIATELY!!! We plan to go on every website, every opportunity to offer an opinion or a review to share our horrific experience with Vonage. We've already done so with the I HATE VONAGE WEBSITE. Additionally I'm reporting you to the BBB. We did not get any service from you guys. Literally, I've had to use my Cell phone for most calls now because the call quality is that poor. You guys will be lucky to stay in business. I am now going to attempt to call you to officially ask you to disconnect our service, I hope (once again) I'm not jerked around, put on hold, transferred, and ultimately disconnected.
