I have Vonage for my home phone service. I tried to cancel my service plan with them a couple of months ago because I get most of my calls on my cell phone and it was impossible to cancel. I spent at least 30 minutes on the phone and was told it would cost me $30 to cancel. I finally told them to forget it. What happened to calling up a company and just simply canceling a service or whatever without a hassle? Are companies that greedy? What happened to great customer service?
