Volvo C70

My C70 is two years old and the paint on the front bumper first began to blister about 6 months ago. Then with a few car washes by hand, the paint began to peel. Now about half of the paint has peeled. I have contacted the Volvo dealer that I purchased the car from, and they suggest that I must have had some body work done on the bumper and that they have never seen anything like this. I have recently learned that Volvos have had a history of paint problems. To date, Volvo has not agreed to fix this at their cost. Ron (Northern Virginia)
