VodaphoneLtd spendchecker facility is terribel and unreliable. After using this service and assured of its reliability everything went well for almot one year, however one day the company decided that the system was not effective and then called me to allert me that my phone bill had reached three thousand pounds, despite the fact that i have a spendchecker facility on my account. Obviously they have now satated that they dont p[rovide this service and have not done so since 2004 even although i recived this service in 2005 and 6. They are a bunch of lying gits and the matter is in hand with the telecommunication ombudsman.
