We bought a house with a VirginOne mortgage. They instructed us to use a specific surveyor. He spent 45minutes on a full structural survey of a 16 room house, did not go into the basement, and so did not notice or warn us of severe and frequent flooding of the peoperty with raw sewage. The evidence was there for a professional to see, but he failed to do so. We asked VirginOne for help, as the home we bought is worth nothing and they chose the surveyor, but they declined and abandoned us. Think carefully before doing business with VirginOne.
