Virgin Mobile changed service plans in March 2006 to offer new customers an insenitive to join in. They changed from the 25 cent a minute all thetime to 18 cents a minute all the time. I am sure this was wonderful for all the new customers signing on but they purposely failed to alert their long standing customer, who made them successful to this change and continued to charge them the 25 cent a minute rate. After complaining the company stated that they are still charging uninformed customers the 25 cents a minute when this plan is nolonger in existence. I calculated my lost at about $7.95 a month or $20 Top-up. When you figure in all the other older customers that have been robbed that is alot of money. Something needs to be done.
