when I signed on to aol they transfered my call to vedioprofesser. they then told me that they would send me 3 vedios to review at no charge and if I didn't want their product,I could return any 1 of the 3 within 10 days and no more would be sent and there would be no charge. they also said if I needed more time or had any problems to call. the problem is after sending the vido back I now have charges on my credit card and after calling and getting a machine saying someone would call me back, they have not. I contacted aol and they were no help with the exception of giving me more telephone numbers that wouldn't work. now what?
