Very Poor Quality!!

I purchased comforters, sheets and valances for my daughter's from the Martha Stewart line through SEARS. I spent a great deal of money thinking that they would be of good quality and would last for some time. Apparently I was wrong!! I washed the comforters twice and the seams fell apart on one of them and they are freying so I cannot even sew them back together without making them look like a dollar store puchase. I am not impressed in the least. I would like some kind of compensation for this but of course being the consumer, that most likely is not an option. Thanks for taking the time to read my rant.
