Right, Direct Ferries Ltd is a complete joke.. what ever you do dont buy from them, all they'l do is take your money and run. All the ferries and none of the fuss is the moto, complete bollocks.. they dont care less! worked for them for a while now and its nothing but bad news and despair, dont let them take any of your money.. contact the ferry company direct if you want a good service..!! i should know.. the directors a complete wanker and fucks around away from his mrs.. makes you wonder why the company recently started a call centre in Geneva, let me tell you..!! its all to dodge the taxes over in this country, completely illigal.. and guess what your paying for it..!! what ever you do stop pricks like this making money and giving you a joke service, and right now i can see the call board and unlucky theres 4 calls waiting and no one gives a shit, rot on hold.. we'r to busy talking about the weekends football..!! ha ha..
