Reciently purchased a Verizon pay as you go phone.The 4th and most recient time I purchased a re-activate card on a Sunday morning for $15.00. Made 4 calls under 5 minutes each between Sunday morning and Wednesday. The 4th call I made said I had 1 hour and 52 minutes for the call. Talked 30 seconds. The next time I attempted to make a call (the 5th) the recording said I had 10 minutes for the call. What happened to the minutes between 1hr 52 minutes and the 10????? Since I have no plan and it's a pay as you go phone they(Verizon can steal all the minutes they want) What can the consumer do??????????? Since there is no plan Verizon can steal minutes from the consumer and we are screwed. Verizon Theifs!!!!!! BEWARE CONSUMERS!!!!!!
