Verizon Payment

My complaint concerns the methods Verizon uses for customers to pay their bills. They have closed almost all of their local offices where customers can go in to pay in person. They have a fee for payments made by all methods except mailing a money order or check. Their is a payment machine located in the wireless stores that will accept payments by check, credit card or cash. If you do not use the exact amount of cash , it will not give you change, It will keep all the money and apply it to your account. Verizon conducts business in a manner that is inconvient, unfair and illegal. Customers have no rights and their employees are losing their jobs.
