vent ridge on roof - leak???

had vent ridge installed on our cape cod roof last summer 2005. have had mysterious leak in garage twice following heavy rains. cannot see where leak is coming from - insulation around duct delivery pipe gets wet - no one knows where the water is getting in - I suspect something to do with the vent ridge. Help!!
