Be aware of the insurace company and Vanderbilt morgage, The insurace written a check ,to replace the roofing on the manufactory home' When the check was send to the leanhold to be sign' Vanderbilt would not send the check back. when i call they would tell me thet the check is in the mail .it's been almost 3 week and still raining in the home .the insurace company when called said' it's nothing they can do about it. because they got a contact with the lendholder. so.. what do the comsummer do/ when paying insurace.and the money beening held up by the leanholder? We are the one paying the bill [insurace]for what? and for WHO? COMMION NEED HELP! JESSIE
