valve seal and guide

My Toyota camry had only 80,000 miles on it and had to have a valve and seal guide replaced because I believe the seal and valve guide that were installed originally was defective. It cost roughly $3000.00 to have it repaired. My mechanic said that he did 4 of this same work on toyota this month alone and he believes Toyota installed defective valve seals and guides that are worn out at around 80,000 miles. I believe Toyota should have a RECALL AND HAVE THIS PROBLEM FIXED.
