I bought a new VALIANT BOILER. This has broken down seven times in the first year of its guarantee. Valiant left us freezing over christmas, tried to argue it was not a faulty boiler, that maybe it was our london water (!!!!). They replaced a pump and then the boiler broke down two days later. VALIANT stall until the guarantee period is over so they can walk away from their responsibility. They take your money and run
