Vaillant Turbomax Plus 824 Boiler

I had a vaillant boiler installed 5 years ago and have had repeated problems with it. I am very angry about this as i have higher gas consumption than before and a less efficient system. I believe this is a defective boiler. Any one else had the same problems~?
