During a recent visit to 'TAGGERTS VOLVO' dealership in Hamilton i informed the receptionist that i had a problem with my VOLVO S80 she directed me to their workshop manageress. I informed her that my car when travelling at 70 to 80 miles per hour had a slight shudder. she replied in an arrogant and demeaning tone that i was breaking the law and none of her mechanics would be testing it at 80 miles per hour.I asked if 70 was ok.(nice intro or what).i asked if someone could have a look at it and estimate the cost of repair. she told me no one would look at the car unless i booked it in for repair. she said no one would go out in it until it had been inspected. I told her i would take it elsewhere to get a quote....silly me thinking an official volvo dealership was the first and best place to go.... I for one will not be using this dealership again (TAGGERTS HAMILTON VOLVO DEALERSHIP).... BE WARNED..THIS LADY COULD DO WITH A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICES AND MANNERS. ABRUPT AND VRY DISCOURTIOUS....
