USPS Worthless

I am having mail delivery problems for the second time living in SPARTA, NJ, in only a couple years. The USPS is worthless, it needs to be disbanded and allow private companies take it's place, they cannot do any worse. UPS is private not government run and they provide superior service compared to the USPS. Also, they have to get rid of the union in the USPS, the employees not only work for the government but their union. Government employees are known for being poorly motivated, then you add a union to the mix, and you've got a recipe for the exceedingly poor service we get from the USPS. Don't bother to complain to anyone at the USPS, because they don't care, they know their jobs are protected by the union, so why work hard when you can do a poor job, still keep your job and get guaranteed raises via the union contract.
