Useless Council

I was given a council house in October that had been fire damaged but I was assured that everything had been fixed and the things that had not would be within the next 2 weeks. 3 of my windows were black with soot and had not been replaced, these were finally done in June. My garden was full of glass and other dangerous items and was suppose to be done in November, they made more of a mess of it. It was finally done in July. I have complained to the council as there are various other problems with them but their responce was 'well at least all the work has been carried out now' no appology, nothing. Would you be happy? No
