US Air Dividend miles

Just rry and book a flight using your dividend miles from US Air. After 3 hours (yes 3 hours and 5 people later) I was still unable to book the flight even though the web sit said it was available. I called the help line after 20 minutes only to be disconnected once, transferred to 4 more people who were condescending, and basically called me a liar. I was trying to book a flight 9 months in advance. They told me too many people were booking at the same time as I was therefore, their web site crashed. However, when I checked the next day, no one had booked a seat on my flight. I ended up changing my dates the next day and was able to receive the dividend miles. When i have used all of my US AIR miles that I currently have...i will never use us air again. I have never been treated so rudely. I see why they have the worst complaint record.
