University's Fraud

London Metro Politan university had deceived me and wanted me to pay a semester fees extra which I dont owe them. They misused their authority to block my access to university and library. Which did effect my studies and result and finally even my career. They didnt bother to let me in till the issue is been resolved. This is how their conduct is towards their students.
