unicel wireless

i have several friends that use unicel wireless and they have always paid their bills ontime and never missed any payments but unicel wireless says thay had when they go to change services to a differrent company due to that and constant down time and and they add restrictions on their service. unicel wireless also gives out bad customer reports if they find out you plan on dropping them and going to another wireless service. i would really love to know if anyone else is having the same trouble with unicel wireless phone service. thank you
