Unhealthy Situation for Children

I thought this was overpriced for what we got. All the center did was homework with them. The one person in the office, Susan Schoonmaker , she is so unprofessional. I was embarrassed to be there. My child didn't want to be there, how can you help your child to excel when the help you are hiring is distroying their self-esteem. I feel really bad for the kids at the center. She not a very nice individual. She needs help in handling children. Several people who attended this tutor place stated the same this business doesn't care about your child they are only in for the money. They will convience you that you child needs more tutoring, just to get you to spend more money. How sad,I think greed is what they are all about. Everytime I hear someone asking about Pinnacle Learning Center in Marlboro, NY, I tell them it's not worth the money you put out. Go to a place that cares such as Sylan Learning Center. There you know that your child will be helped and will be able to attain his/her goal.
