unfairly charged

I'm being charged from an internet site 'popcorn.net' They say I owe them 100.00 for not canceling my 3 day trail membership. Well thats news to me because I never knew I was in a trail membership. When I try to reach them they dont returm my messages their is no phone number to call, and worst of all now I have to deal with these annoying pop ups on my pc saying i owe them. They say unless i pay the bill these pop ups will comtinue to interfer with my computer more and more until it is paid .
