unfair practice

I am a city employee in Madison and I have a loan with this company call Madison Credit Union. I was told that I could get a equity loan on my vehicle. So I call to verify and they said yes, But when I went to apply I was turn down three(3) times. I was told by my workers that the company turn down all the Black Workers no matter what. And now someone needs to stop them from being prejudice. Even though I have a loan with the company my payments are on a timely manner due to payroll dedction.
