Unfair guarantee

I had ordered a product from Dreamlife Products, LLC, and was not told in the written material there was a 30 day money back guarantee. The product was a gasoline additive that was to give better mileage after 4 tank fulls. After 4 tank fulls, it was more than 30 days, and I was told than about the 30 days guarantee. This is completely unfair and they should give refund the purchase price.
