unfair evauations at work

it's not fair when you go beyond your job duties and still don't get the raise that you deserve. i am at work everyday, and even work at the company's beck and call at all hours of the night and day and still because the assistant manager doesn't beleive in getting exceeds on an evauation she gives you a lower score, she states that everyone has room for improvement.
