unfair employers

i'm a itle sick and tired of people coming in from other provinces and opening businesses in our town, when thier main objective is to exploit our youth.....mountain high steak and seafood in salmon arm, b.c., works thier employees for 6 or 7 weeks straight without a day off....doesn't pay them thier overtime, statutory holidays, regular pay. and when they do get paid....its with an NSF cheque......they still keep an Alberta address, so as not to pay for b.c. insurance and the likes. If they want to operate like that ....they should stay in thier own province and do it to thier own people. AND....people......if your from bc...make sure you don't frequent places like this.....lets look after our youth, because that is who these criminals are exploiting
