Unfair business practices

I am complaining in regards to my current pay raise, I have been with the same compnay now for 9 years, my complaint is they have only given me a 1000.00 increase in all those years. I have ranked in the top percent every year I have worked with the company. The problem that I'm having is, I wrote a letter to the corportion and they clearly want to overlook the matter, If there is any one out there with any suggestions HELP ME>
