Secard Pools/Spas. The sales managers make false claims of coverage to the pool liner. Secard states that their pool liners are very stronge and never have problems with them. Larry stated that if an arrow were to come down and puncture you liner it would be covered and you wourl get a new liner. What ever a sales associate claims the company should be held liable for the claims made.
