If you are planning to purchase anything from American Therapy Equipment of Northern California, Lodi, CA, be very, very sure you will not have to cancel your order as they absolutely will not refund your deposit. They offer to work with you, i.e. delay delivery of the item for up to 6 months, but they will hang on to your deposit whether or not you actually end up with the merchandise. They are members of the MidCal Better Business Bureau where there have been similar complaints filed, but as the BBB says, 'complaints have not always been resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.'
