unattractive body!

My guy tells me he's unattracted to my body.. Ya, I know I'm fat but does he have to be so mean? I'm so hurt! He tells me I'm pretty and all but I'm too fat and he doesn't fancy me anymore. It's killing me inside.. What would you suggest?
