This 'non-stick' cookware was purchased about 8 years ago and almost from the beginning did not live up to this description. I've read several posts on forums agreeing with my opinion of these pans being junk. The only way to keep the sticking to a minimum is to grease the he** out of them and this kind of defeats the purpose of healthier cooking! I hope there will be a class action suit against HSN and/or Ultrex, Innova (although they have since gone out of business-big surprise)
