I bought a Aluminus case from Ultra Products, and it only came with six brackets for the 5. 25' bays. That means I can only put in 3 Devices inside the 5.25 inch bays including the CD-rom. I haved called Ultra and each they assure me that my extra brackets have been sent out. IT si going on a Month and Half now, and I still do not have the brackets. They have the worst customer service ever. I had three representatives lie to me straight out, telling that they were sent out. It was not until the third guy, that told me that they never sent anything out. I was told that I would receive my brackets by Saturday, it is now sunday and no brackets. I cannot finish my server with these brackets, it is terrible that this company, is holding my business like this. All I need is th brackets, and they are not competent enough or willing to go the extra mile for customer that bought one of the their products. I bought their product throught tigerdirect but will never again by this product line.
