UK Child Tax Credits

having submitted all requested documentation to the DWP for our Child Tax Credits, and then claimed for the first year of Lil'Dude's life, we have now been told we were overpaid. Funny thing is, they (DWP) based this upon the figures we supplied them from our P60 and was calculated using their web based link. Now, their spiel says that if you can show that you would have not reasonably known that the payments were incorrect, you don't have to pay the money back. We pointed this out to them but they said we should ahve guessed that the payments were wrong (they are wrong by about £25 a month) By their logic even their own calculator is wrong then!
