UK Call Centres

With the annoucement of Norwich Union and the RAC relocating their call centres I think further public action is necessary. Vote with your feet and do not use those companies with overseass call centres and tell them why. Personally I find really hard to understand the operators accents but importantly it's taking away UK employment at a time when it is much needed.
